INDUSTRY: Energy Sector
DUTIES:
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with its long-term goals, particularly related to funding renewable energy projects, acquisitions, and expansion.
• Lead the evaluation, financial modeling, and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investments in renewable energy projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and provide a solid return on investment.
•Manage financial risks, including commodity price volatility, interest rate fluctuations, and regulatory changes. Establish risk mitigation strategies, such as hedging or insurance.
•Oversee the budgeting process, forecast future financial performance, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources for projects in renewable energy sectors.
Minimum Requirements:
• Around 20 years of relevant work experience with at least 8+yrs in Clean / Renewable energy sector, with a deep understanding of ammonia, green hydrogen, and other sustainable energy products.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Must come from renewable energy industry.
