DUTIES:
• Deep knowledge of talent acquisition and mechanisms across levels is a prerequisite
• Build, lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers to achieve recruitment goals.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee (not executive) the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and forecast talent requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant university degree or college diploma
• 15+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process is mandatory
• Strong leadership experience
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
